Common questions answered

Is there an application fee or monthly cost? ▾
There is no application fee. Approved brokers pay a monthly platform access fee starting at $49/mo (Starter), $149/mo (Pro), and $349/mo (Elite). This covers vault access, broker dashboard, dedicated support, and reporting tools. Elite tier also includes a 5% transaction fee. You still pay for the tradelines you purchase at your wholesale rate.
Can I use my own business name with clients? ▾
Yes. Tradelines Network is a white-label-friendly supplier. You can present tradeline services to your clients entirely under your own brand. We don't require you to disclose Tradelines Network as your backend provider.
How do I place orders for my clients? ▾
After approval, you receive access to a broker dashboard where you can place orders on behalf of your clients. You'll enter the authorized user information for each client and select the tradeline from the live vault. Orders are processed the same way as retail.
What happens if a tradeline doesn't post? ▾
The same guarantee that applies to retail buyers applies to broker purchases. If a tradeline fails to post to at least 2 major bureaus within the stated reporting period, we'll issue a full credit to your broker account. See our Guarantees page for full terms.
How quickly are broker applications reviewed? ▾
Most applications are reviewed within 1 business day. We'll contact you at the email you provided with next steps, your wholesale rate tier, and login credentials for the broker portal.
Do you offer co-branded or affiliate options? ▾
Yes. For Elite-tier brokers and referral partners, we offer co-branded portals and a formal affiliate program with commission tracking. Contact us directly to discuss options for your business model.
